The location was easy, the bed was cozy, and the staff was cheerful. The room was warm, it was absolutely gorgeous. The continental breakfast was reasonable, I loved that it offered lots of meals. The pool was heated and I had complementary drinks in the authentic bar.

It's a fairly clean and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS hotel. Particularly good location, it's secluded. Besides, emerald island boulevard is 10 minutes' drive away. Early check-in and exceptional customer service.

Convenient base for exploring Kissimmee. Large terrace was included. There was a huge bar on site. We booked suite and enjoyed it. Moreover, hotel offered us free Wi Fi.

We loved the fact that we chose clc encantada resort. A free Wi-Fi worked well.
